Helping you feel less alone in your heartbreak journey.
Why Should I Welcome My Heartbreak?
When you welcome something, you change your relationship to it, and, ultimately, the way it makes you feel. It might take years to fully recognize the shifts, but all we need to do is start. Let’s start together. It doesn’t matter where you are in your heartbreak journey – one day, one month or ten years, your grief is welcome here. We are a support community focused on every kind of heartbreak – from every source – because though the pathways we take to get there are different, the root is always the same. Our hearts are the one thing that unite us all to each other, and, here, your heart is safe.
Our community is still growing, but here are our current offerings:
Heartbreak Newsletter
Hope and healing delivered to your inbox every 5 days, covering topics like friendship heartbreak, animal grief, loneliness and pop culture pathways to healing courtesy of Taylor Swift, Snoop Dogg, Jewel and Law and Order.

Hi, I'm Stefanie
You and I are a lot alike. We not only know the pain that goes along with owning a shattered heart, but we also know the shame that comes with feeling like there's something wrong with us because we have not magically snapped out of it.
