You Don't Have to Snap Out of Anything.

Regardless of the origin of your grief, if you are nursing a broken heart, the only thing you need to remember is that you are allowed to feel – and heal – in your own time. There is nothing wrong with you. This is your journey. YOUR GRIEF BELONGS TO YOU.

Besides having an imperfectly healed broken heart, I’m an award-winning journalist, Cordon Bleu-trained pastry chef, public speaker and heart-based PR professional who has worked for some of the country’s most notable Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. I’ve spent my career dreaming up magical, outside-the-box events that stop people in their tracks and get them to talk to each other about what they’re experiencing. Whether closing downtown Seattle streets during lunch rush so our lemon queen can deliver cupcakes to the crowd alongside a yellow fire truck led by an all-female crew, to asking big-name fashion designers to create couture inspired by iconic snacks, I love creating a sense of wonder that leads to important dialogues about how to create positive change. My work with one of the largest girl and women-led nonprofits in the world led to powerful partnerships with female leaders because I believe, wholeheartedly, that when women share their gifts with the world, the world changes.

I also believe that when we all share their hearts with each other, true healing happens, so the next step in my journey was to create transformative, heart-expanding opportunities focused on giving everyone who wants it tools to begin their journey to heal their broken hearts. There’s no magic pill. The pain of a powerful loss may never really go away, but neither will a really good support community, which is what I’m creating. For you. For me. For all of us.

Welcome to Your Heartbreak.

Love, Stefanie
